Conditions and Requirements
Warranty is applicable to Commercial and Industrial Projects;
System warranty requires that your installer be certified to install our products.
Our LEAK-FREE product warranty includes to all approved surfaces where our product is applied. The LifetimeRoof product is guaranteed to maintain leak-free performance for as long as you own the building, or 40 years.
Warranty must be registered with LifetimeRoof.
LifetimeRoof will replace free of charge any defective LifetimeRoof product during the warranty period.
Materials/product warranty is separate from labor warranty and NDL Warranty.
NDL “No-Dollar-Limit” Warranty is offered to projects that meet specific criteria, and NDL warranty must be applied for prior to installation.
Warranty transfers requests must be made to LifetimeRoof in writing to LifetimeRoof prior to 30 days of transfer/sale to accommodate potential inspections.
Periodic roof inspections may be requested of Owner by LifetimeRoof. Purchaser/ building Owner must agree to allow for access within 30 days. This may be prior, during, and/or post-installation.
